ANY IDEAS!!!contractions from 7pm last night, not always regular or very strong...

im so tired now, any ways to help get this going more quickly? i am due in 5 days but have had this since 7pm, it is labour but very slow, i've been for walks and all sorts and it is still slow. my waters have not broken but my plug has fallen away. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

yeah, i went there and they just confirmed it, put me on this machine that checks baby movements and ctx and said i am early stages! still waiting though lol
