All the books say around 18 weeks for a first baby, do you think that's about right?

My placenta is at the back and I swear I've had flutters & little 'pops' for a week (since w 15+2 or so). It's #1.

I am 15 weeks pregnant with first baby and am pretty sure i felt a strange fluttering the other night while laying in bed.

With Dd I think it was around 18 weeks, felt a kind of turning/rollercoaster sensation (took my breath away) then fluttering, then eventually kicks. Remember on the day of the 20 week scan she was going mental bouncing all over the fecking place.

With ds it was odd, felt a kick (from the outside too) about 15 weeks, never had the whole fluttering thing, just sporadic kicks from around 19 weeks, not every day by any means.

Out of the 2, Ds was by far the more relible kicker/mover. Dd had lots of quiet times. Ds after about 22 weeks was a bruiser, never stopped kicking/moving.

I'm still waiting at 21 weeks with my second.
I'm sure I felt them by now with my first.

14 weeks for me - people kept saying it must be wind etc., but it's def the same feelings I am having all the time now. Am now 20 weeks and the little blighter's having between 6-10 periods of movement every day!
