Do you know what cycle day you conceived on?

I am on cycle 3 of ttc properly, and just wondering what CD people think their beans were conceived on. I know obviously not everyone knows. I have been religiously following the CM but a colleague conceived on CD8 (only BD-ing that month) and OV-ed (according to EWCM) on CD 15. Anyone else had similar? I think I OV-ed on CD 16 this month but unfortunately we didn't manage it after CD12. So am not optimistic.... I would love to hear stories of conception 4-5 days before OV, if anyone managed it!

1st pregnancy, we BD'd on CD17, and I ovulated CD18. We'd had other cyles where we'd managed to BD on 2-3 days before O, but never happened for us. However, I have PCOS and sometimes ovulated really late (and NEVER the same day).

Itsallsoscary - with my 1st pregnancy - due to being away from dh - had sex only on CD9, ovulated CD14, therefore convinced had not happened but got BFP on cd 30.

CaptainKarvol - I was convinced (due to reading about shettles method information) that my 1st pregnancy would be a girl (due to sex being 5 days before ov, etc), but turned out to be a boy - biggest shock ever!
