Morning,
Am 37 weeks and just trying to get all the final bits sorted, i emphasise the trying!!!
I know i'm supposed to use non biological washing powder, but am i supposed to use fabric softner? if so any specific type?

Told you it was a bit of a silly question!

Thanks

We wash all together after switching to non bio. Don't see the problem (though VERY poo-stained stuff is another matter!)

I washed everyones clothes in non-bio and fairy or comfort pure softener until our son was a year old. Now I have gone back to biological powder and whichever softener is on offer!

Oh yes the poo stained stuff is something else,

Has anyone warned you about poos which explode up the back and down their legs yet?

Washing clothes after these was fun?!

Oh god I remember the first up the back poo and just holding him up and thinking 'now what do I do???!!!!'

There is NO proof that non bio is better for babies at all. Studies have recently shown that bio doens't affect excema or skin in general as the enzymes are in too low a quantity.
