Itchy armpits and legs at 17 weeks pregnant, any advice?

Does anyone have any remedies/relieve suggestions for super itchy armpits and legs?!
Im currently 17 weeks pregnant with my 2nd and my armpits and sometimes my legs are itching like mad. Anyone else had this and can offer advice?

I had obstretic cholostasis when pregnant with my 2nd child and I used to itch like mad on my lower legs in the night causing them to bleed. It might be worth talking to your GP, mine picked this up instantly which was brilliant given its rarity

Unless you've already checked, please read the NHS page on itching during pregnancy and follow the advice for when to see the GP and when to get urgent attention.

See your GP or midwife in case it is cholestasis - it’s some kind of problem with your liver. Itching is the most well known symptom.

Went to the GP today he doesnt think its cholestasis but has taken blood to test for it just in case. Prescribed an emollient but so far that is not helping

It sounds very uncomfortable. A cold flannel can help, you can press it on instead of scratching. Plus something like a footspa or one of those foot massage pads to distract from the itching.
