They didn’t tell me anything they just said to wait to hear back from my OBGYN for the results but here is what i saw on my report
TECHNIQUE: Transabdominal scanning performed with images obtained of the region of the uterus, endometrium, ovaries and adnexa. Transvaginal scanning was performed to better evaluate the structures, as requested. Representative 2D gray-scale transabdominal and transvaginal images obtained.

UTERUS: Measures (L x AP x W) 8.0 x 4.7 x 4.7 cm. Anteverted. Homogeneous echotexture.
Fibroid/s:
None.
Nabothian cyst/s: None.
ENDOMETRIUM: 1.5 cm in thickness. There may be a small amount of fluid in the endometrial canal Normal echotexture. No focal lesion or abnormal vascularity is seen.
RIGHT OVARY: Measures 4.7 x 2.5 x 2.8 cm (Volume 17.8 cc). Color flow was present
2.3 x 2 x 2 cm complex cyst with thick wall and low level echoes. No central vascularity, image 760/78. There are several small follicles along the periphery of the ovary
LEFT OVARY: Measures 4.0 x 2.9 x 1.7 cm (Volume 10.2 cc). No solid or complex lesions identified. There are a few follicles along the periphery of the urinary
Free Fluid: No significant free fluid.
IMPRESSION:
Endometrial stripe is at the upper limits of normal in size for day 25 of the menstrual cycle. The appearance of the endometrial thickness commonly seen in the secretory phase.
Complex cyst right ovary is probably a corpus luteum cyst
Both ovaries have small follicles along the periphery. With the polycystic ovarian syndrome, the ovaries usually have more follicles than what is seen on this exam. Clinical correlation for polycystic ovarian syndrome is recommended.
