Very early days of pregnancy - cramps/period like feeling?

I just did a pregnancy test on Monday and it was positive. I was quite shocked because I felt exactly like I was going to get my period. Three days on I feel the same - very bloated, almost a dull ache in the womb area, very like the last day of my cycle usually. Has anyone else had this? It's making me feel really unsettled.

This is my second time and I don't remember feeling like this last time (just nauseous and tired, almost like a constant hangover) but that was a couple of years ago.

Yes and I had cramps for about a week or so after the first positive test too

Yep lasted maybe until 6 weeks ish still kept checking constantly if there was blood. It does feel exactly like coming on your period. Hot water on your lower back or inbetween your legs helps, just not on tummy. Congrats!
