I'll start! due mid April, second pregnancy, just under 10w today, have my dating scan booked for 8th Oct!

I would like to join, I’m 9/10 weeks, waiting on my dating scan! This is my second pregnancy and symptoms are so mild compared to my first

I’m also 9w 5d nhs scan isn’t until 12th Oct , third pregnancy been on xonvea for just over 3 weeks now

Same! In all honesty apart from one week of complete exhaustion (though may of been because I was ill at same time) I keep on forgetting am pregnant... Need to take tests just to make sure!

What's a xonvea?

Anti sickness tablets. I’ve had HG in both of my previous pregnancy’s. So I’ve started them around 6 weeks this time, means I can at least eat and drink but doesn’t take anyway the sickness fully but it’s much better that I’m able to get food/drinks down

I’m 11w today, scan booked for 5th oct - feel I’m just wishing time away until then! Resisted the urge to book another private scan but I’m so impatient haha. 3rd pregnancy and symptoms have been a bit more intense this time round

@cranberryyolk im glad it’s not just me, I have paid for 2 early scans because of how not pregnant I feel. With my first I was sick from the moment I peed on the stick until I gave birth. It’s so amazing how different pregnancies can be, but I will admit it makes me more worried

Hi, I'm pregnant with twins as confirmed at my 8w private scan. Currently waiting for my dating scan which is on Sunday when I'll be 12w5d/12w6d☺️

I already have a toddler who will be 3 in December ❤️

Moving over too 😊 I’m 11w2d and have my dating scan on Monday. Time is dragging. I’ve had two private scans already as I had a miscarriage earlier this year. I also have a 2 year old keeping me busy! I’m still full of anxiety but also fatigue, nausea and food aversions are in full swing still.

I was supposed to have a glucose test scheduled for 29th September but I had a private number call me to say I was supposed to be in for that today?! I was like "excuse me?? 29th is literally on my maternity notes. They seem to have changed my appointment date without my knowledge.

I already have had an issue with my 12w ultrasound and 1st trimester blood tests not being on the same day, or close together. Now this 🤣

Has anyone else older dc? I’ve a 4 year old and nearly 2 year old and 10w today , when are yous planning on telling other children (mostly 4 year old) she’s very clued in and questioning me on everything why am i so sick etc she’s asked me already do I have a baby in my tummy but I just had to say no as I’d rather know if everything’s ok first

10 weeks tomorrow, sick as a dog with HG again on lots of meds and had loads of help!
I've got a 4yo and almost 2yo, 4yo knows I'm pregnant as I'm so unwell we couldn't really keep it a secret from anyone!!

Already freaking myself out about the spinal!!!

For those with older children but who are still young, can someone supposed to tell me how I'm supposed to survive the winter and be pregnant with all the bugs?! I'm 10.5w today and already had two flu/colds and it's not even October! Moreover my 2 year old goes to childminders not even nursery... !!

@cranberryyolk my kids are home with me full time - which has challenges of its own in first trimester!! I'm totally zapped of energy.

Only thing I can drink is caffeine free diet coke which is not really ideal but better than drinking nothing...

@cranberryyolkthanks for making this! I’ve been out of it for a while but I’m glad there’s still active people here 😊 hi everyone! I’m 10 weeks atm, thankfully the nausea is gone but no one warned me about acid reflux, and really struggling with back pain just above my hipbones, my bed doesn’t feel comfortable anymore, I’m hyper mobile too. Is it too early for a pregnancy pillow/will it help? Hope everyone is well (or as well as you can be)🫶🏼

@Babyn3ttcive got 6 and 3 year olds, they’ve asked me several times if I’m still poorly! I caved and had a private scan today at 11+3, I think we’ll tell them this week sometime

Thanks I’m thinking after my 12 week scan as some days I’m completely bed bound and she just doesn’t understand she gets all worried! I’d love to wait until Christmas (after 20w scan) but I don’t think it’s doable

I suppose the difference is we would tell them if we lost a baby and mark that somehow as a family so we told my son pretty early on. But it would have been really hard otherwise as I've been basically bed bound for over a month so he would have thought I was dying otherwise!

@ThatSereneCat yes I think we would too, especially my 6yo, he’s very observant and tbh we’re all surprised he hasn’t realised yet!
I feel like I’m able to start getting excited now I’m almost into 2nd trimester. I’m looking forward to getting a bump and feeling movements!

I received a call this morning to say the sonographer has called in sick so no 12w scan for me at the moment... so upset as I've waited since the private scan to see my twins.. feel like all my appointments keep getting messed up

I received a text today so my 12w ultrasound will now be Sunday at 09:30am. 😊

Has anyone been told to look at patient portal for scheduled appointments? Nothing comes up on mine, I feel like it's a bit useless haha

hi everyone! I am 10 week today had my last private ultrasound before my dating scan in a few weeks. Its always amazing when baby starts looking like an actual baby. Feels like this pregnancy is dragging but also speeding by so so fast.
