Hey everyone, so I had unprotected sex on the 23rd aug, took the morning after pill a day later, but Iv just tested and instantly came up positive with a big dark line, I’m 40, had a horrific missed miscarriage nearly 3 years ago and I’m lucky to still be here after that, Iv no idea what to do. **

Go to the early pregnancy unit and tell them you're pregnent after MAP, you're 6.5 weeks so they should scan you.

The MAP works by stopping/delaying ovulation, so unfortunately if you've already ovulated it won't do anything. So sorry for your previous loss, you have time to think through your options so don't feel like you need to rush into a decision. Hope you're as ok as can be x
