Hi all,

I’ve been scanning through mumsnet looking for those in similar situations to mine hoping for positive outcomes as this is fairly new to me.
I Found out I was pregnant on Saturday (today is now Wednesday), I’d taken a Sainsburys pink dye test at first and a faint line was there (Saturday was the day AF was due however I normally spot a little a day or 2 before). The following day I’d taken a clear blue digital and blue dye which shown 1-2 weeks and a stronger blue line.
Since then the Sainsburys tests haven’t gotten any darker and I’ve been having lower cramping and some dull ache on the left side of my lower stomach.
Friday and Saturday I had veryyyyy light brown spotting/discharge when I wiped but nothing until today with the faintest pink discharge when wiping again, again only a small amount.
I have two DC and haven’t experienced this before, tests were always pretty clear from what I can remember although my youngest is now 9.. never experienced a miscarriage before either.
so odd! (tried my best to label tests)

Mine looked exactly like this for weeks and I got myself into such a panic! They didnt get properly dark until about 6-7 weeks LMP i dont think, which is also around I got my clearblue 3+.

I am now nearly 20 weeks and baby is doing well (touch wood)

Id suspect its just early!

@LittlestMouse thank you for that! It’s more so the faint lines along with the cramping and slight discharge, I wouldn’t even say spotting because that would be lying but still. Previously I’ve just had very sore boobs & no cramping/bloating at all! Just very different and I’ve read so much about chemical pregnancies and early MC I’ve sent myself mad🙃

The latest test still looks fine to me. Bear in mind that tests aren’t meant for assessing progression, so you’ll drive yourself mad keep testing and analysing the differences.

@sunshinebelieve I completely understand that, it’s more so the symptoms along with faint lines that makes me concerned
