Cramping and pink discharge at 7dpo, could this be pregnancy?

7dpo and have cramping and had pink discharge when I wiped this morning, is this a good sign or bad one? Anyone else had this and been pregnant? I've been extra hungry lately and having a wee alot more often and just tired in general.

Too early to tell. Also too early for symptoms like hunger and needing to wee more often. Wait until 10dpo to test. On the months I had pink spotting, I wasn’t pregnant.
