Breast augmentation before or after kids?

Hi everyone.

I've been following this forum for a while because we're trying to conceive, something that I hope will happen soon. I just wanted to ask peoples opinions about something I know I've wanted for years and something I know I left to long to do. I was just scared!! But in my heart, I know I want it. So my question now is, should I have one before we conceive (which could technically be any month as we are actively trying lol) or wait until I've had all the kids I want. Ideally, I'd like 2/3. I'm 28, from the UK, and would appreciate any advice. I've found the CREO Clinic in London with Dr. Omar Tillo, but just don't know when the right time is to go

Why not ask the surgeon?

After you've finished having dc as your breasts will change during pregnancy and you may need a lift aswell as implants.

HAVE YOUR BABIES FIRST.

Honestly unless you are willing to put trying to conceive on hold and potentially sacrifice breastfeeding you need to.

Personally I would wait until after, if you are already actively trying to conceive.

I found that my boobs went from a C to an E whilst full of milk, so my boobs stretched out. Then after I stopped breastfeeding my breasts were very empty and a bit saggy! I had implants after my youngest and they filled out and are nice and pert again!

Babies first definitely

mishmashmess · 11/09/2026 20:29

Wait, for the reasons people have given above.

I had mine after I'd finished having kids and was done breastfeeding

hotmumshit · 11/09/2026 20:29

I'd wait til youve had the kids x

After because they will change anyway so you might need more work afterwards anyway, if you do them first.

And after if you want to breastfeed, but even if you don't, still do it only after having children not before.

I had it done before. I'm 36 weeks pregnant with my first. I will let you know how they turn out :) x
