Hi everyone! I’m currently pregnant and trying to figure out what I actually need. Whether it’s a specific snack, a body pillow, an app, or just a piece of advice what has been your absolute lifesaver during pregnancy? Would love to hear all your must haves and tips! Thank you

Never tell anyone your due date. Never discuss potential names.

Congratulations OP!

Rich tea biscuits in first trimester.

Zero percent Guinness towards the end.

I think I had the Bounty app but they are all quite similar.

In terms of 'need' nothing really, just whatever makes you feel comfortable.

1, Ginger for morning sickness works great
2, As a pp stated, don’t share your exact due date or names before birth
3, Adult nappies are 10x better and more comfortable than pads for post birth bleeding
4, If you choose not to breastfeed, you’ll need more nipple pads than you think
5, Newborns don’t need outfits, vests and sleep suits for the first 12 months are fine

Another vote for Gaviscon, but tablets for ease. Reflux is nasty!
