i am basically glued to my bed and unable to do anything.

im trying to eat crackers, ginger biscuits etc but nothing seems to help.

Just eat. Constantly. Carbs mainly. It won’t go away but it won’t be as bad.

Please get some anti sickness tablets. I had Hg last year and my gp kept refusing and I ended up having to terminate. I didn’t know my rights and I should have asserted myself more .

That’s horrendous. Please put a formal complaint in. You can contact pregnancy sickness support charity for help. There are pages of help for GPs and nhs advice!!

The travel/anti sickness acupressure wrist bands helped me, you can get them online or in Boots. Agree that eating was the only time I didn't feel sick....so I ate a lot! Also deep breathing for some reason made it more tolerable. Good practise for labour too!
