Clexane injections

Is there anyone else here on Clexane?

I had a DVT a number of years ago, so have to inject twice daily until the bebe arrives

Thanks so much for the reply. It is good to hear positive stories from real people rather than the 'no data' response from the doctors!
Also worth knowing that the Clexane might cause spotting - otherwise I would automtically assume the worst.

Just thought I'd share my story as I saw the thread.

I took clexane for the last 2 months of my pregnancy follwing a DVT diagnosed at 30 weeks. I delivered a healthy baby (8 lbs 7ozs). I went on to breast feed totally for 8 weeks and partially for the next three months because my milk supply was not sufficiant. My DD is now 5 months and a happy healthy baby.

I also had an induction just before my due date. A couple of days later I was switched to warfrin. I stopped taking it at the end of September.

My daughter was conceived through IVF. I am slightly nervous now because I will have to take clexane from the day of embryo transfer. Has anyone any stories about the effects of Clexane in early pregnancy and bleeding?
