Bleeding at 7 weeks

Hello, I am currently 7 weeks pregnant and have had on and off bleeding, just a tiny bit when I wipe usually brown. I have had dull stomach ache pretty much the whole time I have been pregnant. I went to the loo again and noticed bright red blood when I wiped and a tiny clot (smaller then a pea) on the tissue. This happened a few times this morning and it has eased up. Never enough to need a pad. I saw the Dr this morning who basically said to keep an eye on it and if I am in lots of pain, or shoulder tip pain I need to go to hospital. She didn't recommend needing a scan as she said it could go either way. So I will keep an eye on it, just when I read on here people tend to have an ultrasound if they bleed but maybe they are bleeding more then I have done. And she said to take another test too that says the weeks so I will pick one up later.

Thinking of you OP 💐 and hoping for the best.

Thank you so much. Pain has gone and I just went to the loo and I passed a large grey reddish firm sac, I put the photo into chat gbt that confirmed it was highly likely the embryo in the sac sadly. Thank you everyone for your support and advice. I'm going to rest up and give myself some time to get over it all.

So sorry for your loss. I’ve been through it twice, it’s such a blow. Hope you have some good support

Been there a few times and it’s horrible. But you will be ok. Allow yourself a few days to rest up properly, if you feel like it would help. I know I really needed the time and I regret rushing back to normal
so quickly. Just because it’s common doesn’t make it any better & your body has been through a lot these past few weeks and now. Time your time to feel better if you need.
