Hi LOW. I've only just read your post. I am also having a similar experience (37 weeks) and am convinced that I have varicose veins on my vulva and the general area. Very uncomfortable, heavy and sometimes itchy. I have read about it and it is not unusual. Hope this helps. I am feeling for you. Good luck. HB

Following this thread yesterday I google Vulva varicose veins and it's defo what I have. I'm going to ask DH how it looks as it feels absolutely horrendous, the aching feeling is awful

Hello all, sorry for not updating - the XDA ran out of battery in the car and the past few days have been so hectic - in a nutshell I am riding it out (it got better, but now worse again with pain in my groin) until Monday when I have a midwife appointment as it's near impossible to get to the hospital for check ups this time around. I was hoping as DH was supposed to finish early today i'd get a chance to go in, but hey ho he was given another job to do [sigh] I'll keep you updated as to what MW says, but I know what she will say - normal pregnancy pains etc. etc.
