Was showering and accidentally got some dove body wash in my mouth. Does anyone know if this can cause any harm? Thanks!

sorry for the anxious pregnancy post

You need to seek help lovely, you've been posting threads of this nature for months and it's honestly concerning me that you will not be able to cope when the baby is here.
Please get in touch with your perinatal mental health team asap.

It’ll be fine, baby is well protected x

Dove is a cleansing bar, none soap

Hey OP, hope things are getting better with your OCD and that your support network is helping😊
I say this with complete kindness - I think where I and maybe other OCD sufferers may be concerned with your posts is that the OCD therapies I've had have always emphasised reassurance seeking as an absolutely core element of OCD. Hence one of the worst things you could do for an OCD sufferer is to give them pointless reassurances as this just continues the cycle. As any OCD sufferer knows, reassurance seeking is a temporary fix until the doubt returns or the next think to obsess about pops up.
I'm not trying to be patronising I promise! You're a mental health clinician so probably know all this!
As someone in recovery from a lifetime of severe OCD I would never feel right addressing the actual worries you post about as it would feel like fuelling the fire.
To be clear, I don't think your posts are annoying or "silly" - OCD is awful and pregnancy is hard -I feel only compassion for you and wish for your recovery. I just wanted to maybe suggest why you get more responses about mental health on here than about the things you're worrying about.
Wishing you all success with your pregnancy.xxx
