All babies are different. Ask your GP.

Long time ago (my reflux baby is nearly 21!) but I used soy formula which I got on prescription together with gaviscon. It only slightly reduced the vomiting but practically over night he went from crying nearly all the time to happy and smiley.
The vomiting didn’t really stop until he was walking though.

I did and honestly it made no difference but then we did get stuck with a baby who refused any of the cheaper formula!!

I know it’s tough and not helpful to hear at the time but she did just wake up one day without reflux 😅

Yes! It changed my life and gave me my sanity back! Many years ago (son now 17) he had a cows milk protein intolerance and screamed the place down from the moment he was born, morning till night, till he was 4 months old. I was exhausted. I put him on goats milk formula and the screaming stopped overnight. It was magic! I weaned him early as well and kept him off dairy until he was 3/4 then started introducing it slowly. No long term intolerances

Just to add he swapped to soya when he was 1 year old

Hey, your baby may have cmpa. Try Aptamil pepti. It's hydrolyzed so the proteins are broken down. My baby has cmpa, I breastfed so had to cut all dairy and soy as the proteins are so similar, same with goats milk. I did an elimination diet then a small reintroduction and her symptoms came back, wriggling, crying when passing wind, reflux and silent reflux, lots of hiccups and wet burps, blocked nose constantly, green poo. All disappeared with the absence of dairy. Good luck 😘
