Hi everyone I've written on the other thread as well.
Baby Luca was born yesterday at 12.16 pm weighing 7 lbs 10 ounces, they dropped the drape down in theatre so we could see him and he peed on me twice. He's been looked after on the neonatal unit as he was making grunting noises, they've seen it was fluid on his lungs, so they've been draining that off for him.
My mum, in laws and brother in law met him yesterday. Then I went back last night and had some skin to skin with him, was amazing 🥰
The infant feeding team hand expressed colostrum for me yesterday and then the midwife hand expressed for me again late last night so he's having that and went on the breast pump for a short team on the neonatal unit.
Big brother is besotted with him. I've also got a little knitted square on my chest so it has my smell on and a blanket that he had over him last night. Also had a knitted heart and a knitted square that I kept on my chest with my smell on and his big brother put that in the incubator ❤️

@Toothfairy0113 Thank you ❤️ little man on neonatal as he had some fluid on his lungs and was making these grunting noises. Going round to see him soon. Xx
