Help - I’m so scared

Hi, I found out on Friday I was pregnant with a boots test, First day of last period is 19.01.2025 but I have PCOS.
Done a clear blue test today at 1pm, we went for a reassurance scan yesterday showed nothing in my uterus. I had drank 1 litre of water, they did a test yesterday it was negative & discussed chemical pregnancy. I have PCOS, another scan next week. I’m so scared. 😞 I’ve had two miscarriages before but I’m just so worried as to why nothing was in my uterus.

Can I ask what your scan showed? Was it gestational sac yolk sac etc. I also have pcos and my periods are crazy by last period I would be 14 weeks but they have dated me 4/5 but on the scan they wasn’t able to see much at all. I have another scan on Saturday so hoping to see a little more.
