47 here, six weeks pregnant, obviously the risks are high of it not progressing, but it does show it's possible to conceive!

TTC'd for just over 2 years. For much of that time it was a long distance relationship and the dates didn't always work out, so we probably only did it properly for about one year spread over two. (We are living together now).

From where I am, you seem like a spring chicken 😊 with every chance of success!

Wishing you the very best!

Can anyone recommend a good prenatal vitamin complex? Or is it best to buy all vitamins separately? Plan to purchase Co-Q10 separately though, of course. I'm a 42 year old mum of two and hoping for a third!

Edited

I only ever took the 5mg folic acid (because I’m higher risk), I added vitamin D as general advice and magnesium because I don’t sleep well and I’ve read some research about helping prevent pre-eclampsia and I’m very high risk and previously had it.

47 here too, currently 21 weeks with a VERY accidental pregnancy. My supplements included a trip away with husband to see a concert leaving our 2 teens at home, a hotel room, some G&Ts and a mistaken belief in pull out contraception. :)

Best of luck, it's definitely possible!

Lifestyle factors are highly relevant for BOTH of you - also does your partner do any exercise?
You need to be having plenty of sex in your fertile period.

Read 'It Starts with an egg'

Fantastic book and lists lots of vitamins to help ensure your eggs are best possible quality.
