I'm 30+4 and ohhh my goodness. I sleep with a pillow between my legs already as I have a lot of pelvic pressure which is very sore and that tends to help, but my hips are in agony from sleeping on my left and right side. I'm constantly tossing and turning and it's disrupting my sleep, literally the worst sleeps I've ever had! Any advice/wisdom/experience? I just keep thinking it's only gonna get worse as baby boy gets even bigger in this last trimester ðŸ˜
