I'm 30+4 and ohhh my goodness. I sleep with a pillow between my legs already as I have a lot of pelvic pressure which is very sore and that tends to help, but my hips are in agony from sleeping on my left and right side. I'm constantly tossing and turning and it's disrupting my sleep, literally the worst sleeps I've ever had! Any advice/wisdom/experience? I just keep thinking it's only gonna get worse as baby boy gets even bigger in this last trimester 😭

What analgesia are you using?

I feel for you, I had PGP with both my pregnancies and trying to sleep in 3rd trimester was awful.
The only thing that helped a little was pillows all around me - between the knees, under my bump and wedged behind my back. From about 36 weeks when I just had to admit defeat and get up at 5am then have an afternoon nap. I finished work around that time for both, I just couldn't physically have done much longer due to the pain.
Try to rest as much as you can through the day too, treatment for PGP is basically rest and trying not to move.
You could try a support band around your pelvis too, serola are good.
