I am 12 weeks and have my scan on Monday. I’ve had scans at 6 weeks, 8 weeks and 10 weeks as I’ve had 4 miscarriages, including the last one being a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks, caught at my 10 week scan. I’m on progesterone this pregnancy and it’s the furthest I’ve been.

I’m so nervous for the scan on Monday and wanted everyone’s tips on how to stay calm and take my mind off of it over the next couple of days!

This was me after a MMC and finding out at 12 week scan. The scanxiety is awful and unfortunately there's no way really to prepare but to remain calm and remind yoirs of it's a new pregnancy. I had my official 12 week scan knowing it was too early but NHS went off my last cycle so I was 10 weeks and all looked good. I broke down when I saw the heartbeat. I read that the chances of seeing a heartbeat at 10 weeks means it's likely everything will be ok so hopefully it will be for you. It was for me and I'm 32 weeks pregnant now. Good luck 💕 please update us x
