Female dog peeing on my bfs bed?

Hello, so for context my bfs female dog is always cuddly around me affection recently a lot more and i noticed when she moved there was a wet patch underneath her that smelled like pee and she moved and another wet patch was underneath her … could she be sensing pregnancy i have been trying?

Unlikely... how old is she? It can happen as some breeds age but shouldn't be regularly.
