Accidently ate pink mince

Currently 6 weeks pregnant and I feel like a right idiot. My dh made spag bol tonight and some of the mince was in big clumps and there was a tiny bit of pink in the middle. I only realised after eating a few mouthfuls.
I know it's early days but I had a miscarriage a couple of months ago and anything seems to make me feel anxious. Has anyone else eaten pink meat and baby has been okay?

I did, all was fine. I know it isn't easy but try not to worry too much x

I'm sure people have. It won't automatically give you food poisoning, I think it would only be a problem if there was something dodgy about the meat that hadn't got cooked out. And you're describing a tiny bit on pinkness in the middle, not big chunks of raw meat.

Thanks, just so worried about toxoplasmosis and feel annoyed that I didn't realise sooner😢

Yes I did a very similar thing in my first pregnancy and worried myself silly about catching toxoplasmosis. I ended up contacting my GP who sent me for a blood test and luckily it came back clear. I’m sure you will be fine as the risk is quite low but you can always contact your GP or midwife for advice.

I think we all accidentally do things like this when pregnant and we worry but all turns out OK.
