Panicking help, post c-section bleeding pics warning

graphic pictures warning!

I am 11 days post partum after a planned c section where I lost a fair amount of blood. My blood loss was heavy for first few days and then went to the lochia and kind of tapered off this week with some tiny little blood clots. Had nothing really yesterday or most of today when suddenly started bleeding heavily this afternoon from 5pm onwards, leaving pools of blood in the toilet bowl after and have got through two pads. Maternity unit doesn’t seem worried but I am. Please help. Is this normal?

I'm pretty sure I bled like this on and off, then period amount blood continuously until 6 weeks and then I had the coil fitted where the nurse found a clot of blood just sitting in my cervix leaking blood. She said it wasn't dangerous but took it out and bleeding stopped

I think it's ok, I've had one vaginal birth and one c section, the bleeding was similar. I was expecting the c section to be less (not sure why!) so was a bit surprised when there was still loads!

It's normal it can go on and off for a while. If it get un controllable then phone back though

It can be a sign you've done too much though, have you don't a lot of walking etc yesterday/today but if not he worried I bled like that after dd1 for about 3 weeks none stop 🫣

I bled for near enough 6 weeks after my c section. Some days heavier than others. For at least 2/3 weeks I was wearing maternity pads, disposable pants, then period pants on top and changing pads every couple of hours. I don't think you have anything to worry about x
