Getting worse not better...

I've been off work since the start of October, I'm now 14 weeks today.
At first I was really tired, felt I was making really simple mistakes at work and then went off as I couldn't manage the public transport even getting there with my exhaustion. At the time though I was still able to look after my toddler etc. Since then I had bleeding, followed by the nausea and sickness ...
I'm now still vomiting on a daily basis but feel sick a lot of the time. I tried a practice run of public transport to work and had to get off two stops early, was going to be sick, staff at the platform were alarmed by me panting and retching.
My exercise tolerance is nothing, out of puff going to the corner shop.
Also sleeping ridiculously long hours and can't get through a day without a nap.
My ability to care for my toddler has been impaired and I'm relying on family help.
I've been referred to haematology for an iron infusion as can't tolerate oral iron, have a ferritin of 4 and borderline Hb, but referral not yet picked up for an appointment.

I'm at a loss. Work is evidently pissed off though they know they can't say so. My sick note runs out this week and yet I'm no better. I was expecting second trimester to bring some relief but no signs of nausea and exhaustion abating. I'm just going to have to go to GP and ask for an extension of sick note aren't I? When will this improve!?

My first pregnancy was nothing like this, a week of being sick and a little tired and that was it.

Hi OP, just wanted to send hugs and let you know you're not alone.

I'm 23 weeks now, second pregnancy and I could have written your post! Please push for the iron and keep an eye on your BP, mine went as far as causing me to actually pass out so please be careful.

The sickness you should talk to your GP about incase there are meds they can give you.

I hope you feel better soon.
