Slipped down some stairs, am I screwed? 11 weeks

I'm a bit shaken up, I've just slipped a few steps and landed smack on my bum. My arse hurts but I just can't believe how stupid it is.

I'm only 11 weeks tomorrow...is this it now? Should I just brace for bleeding? 😔 Should I bother the midwife with this?

@OptimisticRealist2024 thankyou it went well. We couldn’t find out the sex because it wasn’t willing to move but everything was good in terms of measurements which is the important part.

I hope your scan goes well in a few weeks time.
