Should I call 111? First trimester

I have just made my 2 year old his breakfast and I felt like I was going to pass out. I feel so lightheaded and faint to the point I actually feel like I could black out. I am so short of breath, keep getting really hot and blurred vision. I am so worried I will pass out and my little one will be on his own. I am still not registered with my GP so should I call 111? Or is what I am experiencing totally normal and I won't physically pass out? I hate wasting time so I don't want to call them if it's nothing. I am about 6/7 weeks pregnant.

How are you feeling today @Motherof1and2dogs?

@sugarplum33 thank you for checking :) like absolute cr*p! I felt sick all night last night, didn't get to sleep until 1am, was up at 5:30 due to the husband getting up for work and I still feel so sick. I have such an upset stomach as well. I am really trying to fight holding any sick in I think. I do have a fear of being sick which isn't ideal in this situation at all! Every time I move the sickness gets worse. I've had 2 dry crackers and I am so thirsty but so scared to drink water in case it makes me sick :(

eat something sugary / carby and drink a full fat fizzy drink, then stick your child in front of the tv and lie down doing calming breathing excersises for 1/2 hr. If you don’t feel any better then yes I would personally call 111 due to the breathlessness. You may just be low on iron in which case it’s a fairly easy fix but does need looking into by either a&e or your gp to do blood tests and to prescribe iron. Or there could be something else going on that’s more serious. Either way it’s not a good idea to power on while having a toddler in your care xx

Sorry just saw your update! Sorry you are feeling so ill :( that first trimester can be horrendous. Please register with a gp today so they can at least check you over and make any suggestions on how to feel better x
