Best pregnancy-friendly canapés ?

My friend and I have always done girls' night with wine and stinky gooey cheese.
She is currently pregnant and we have our usual girls' night planned and I would love to do a pregnancy-friendly version.

I've already picked the mocktail but was hoping for some inspiration of some delicious (easy to make) 2/3 types of canapés for the evening too.
Would you have any inspiration at all?

If the cheese is heated until it's piping hot then she can still have it (I assume you meant a cheese with rind)

Stinky gooey cheese sounds fab to me....as pp said, it just needs to be heated first
Check out the NHS guidelines as there's not a huge amount she can't have - avoid raw fish, smoked salmon, pate and raw/undercooked meat, wash fruit, veg and salad, be careful of cured meats, tuna in moderation...... that's about it really

Amazing thank you so much!
Would there be any delicious, easy to make canapés I could do 😊

These cranberry and brie bites would be fine as the brie is cooked through.
Or maybe bruschetta type canapés? Sliced bread topped with tomatoes, onion and garlic mixed in green pesto, topped with mozzarella and grilled until melted.
Creamy garlic mushrooms on toasted sliced bread.
Filo parcels stuffed with spinach, garlic, onion and feta.

You could do mini quiches with smoked salmon and spinach or spinach and goats cheese because they are cooked

99.9% of foods are just fine, I'm struggling to think of what wouldn't be pregnancy friendly. Just avoid uncooked unpasteurised cheese and raw fish really.

Mini sausage rolls are super easy! I do them with cranberry sauce and they're delicious.

You could do goats cheese with pistachio in a puff pastry tart.

Mini spring rolls?
