I'm 26 weeks pregnant with twins (second pregnancy) and I am in excruciating pain with PGP.
Saw an NHS physio (referred by my community midwife) and it was an absolute waste of time - it was a group of about 10 of us and they told us what PGP is and said we could use a bump support band or crutches and that was basically it. Caused me more pain going and sitting in the room for an hour!
I'm at the end of my tether with it, I can't do anything, going up and down stairs hurts, walking is agony and I can't walk far at all, every basic thing in the house that needs doing is taking forever and is so so painful I just want to cry and I feel so depressed with it. Painkillers aren't touching it and at night in bed when I move or get up (because I'm up and down multiple times weeing) the clicking and clunking sounds my pelvis makes are genuinely terrifying.
Has anyone found anything at all that works?! My worst pain is right in the centre of my pubic area I feel like I'm being split in two. I honestly have no idea how I'm going to get through the rest of this pregnancy. Never had any problems like this with my first even though I was 7 stone heavier but I know with twins it's a lot more weight and pressure on everything.
