IVF transfer October 2024

Has anyone had their transfer in October, I’ve just had mine on the 7th and in need of some transfer buddies.

@Windmill5 hey!! Congrats on yours too! It went really well, I feel good! I’ve had a couple of crampy type pains but trying to just not think about it same as you!

I am the same, this is our only embryo! We only had two, they were PGT-SR and PGT-A tested and only one was euploid! So got everything crossed for us both!

@ShanTTC22 Same actually! We had only one euploid and a low mosaic. Have also had a few cramps but not sure if that’s the progesterone. Do you think you will test before the 10 days? Im going to try to hold off..if I can 😅

@Windmill5 we had 1 euploid and 1 aneuploid. Yes same it may be the progesterone! Was your embryo hatching? Mine was and wasn’t sure if this would make them implant sooner?

and I’m going to try my best but it’s soooo hard!! My clinic want me to wait until 30th October!

@ShanTTC22 yes the embryologist mentioned mine was hatching as well, which she said makes them more likely to implant! Hope it’s a good sign for us both.

Yea I think I will also wait until the end of next week!

@Windmill5 oh amazing I thought that would be the case, fingers crossed for us!!!

how are you feeling? I mean it’s probably the progesterone but I’ve not had it all this time I’ve been taking it until now, but I’ve got cramping and low back ache! My boobs are also killing but they’re were already starting to get sore before FET!

@ShanTTC22 sorry for the late response! Work has been a bit mad this week but I suppose a good distraction for me. How are you feeling?? I also have all the similar symptoms. Very much hoping it is a good sign!

@Windmill5 im good thanks, I have an early scan on Monday and I will be 5.5 weeks so not expecting to see much.

@LLKB2287 my test date is Monday but I think I am going to test Sunday morning. This way I can process on the weekend if it’s negative 😅 and not go into work Monday morning upset. I’m tempted to test today or tomorrow but I don’t want to over analyze the lightness / darkness. But feeling positive for the moment!!

If you’re feeling positive then stick with it, don’t test. Wait until Sunday like you said. Please let me know

6 weeks today and actually starting to feel a bit sick . Never had morning sickness before. This is my 3rd pregnancy

@Missmarymack2 I don’t know where most of the ladies are from in here, but my clinic in Nottinghamshire UK don’t do beta as far as I’m aware! :(

@ShanTTC22 im in Ireland. Do they just go with the home urine testing in your clinic ? My clinic just does a single beta test. Most clinics seem to do at least a couple to see if they are doubling from what I have been reading but mine doesn’t do that.

@Missmarymack2 ohh are you I see!! yes they just go off home test and then you have a viability scan at 6/7 weeks I believe!

has anyone been suffering with bad headaches? Mine started yesterday getting really bad headaches and wasn’t sure if this is normal?

@ShanTTC22 I've been getting headaches too on and off . With my first pregnancy I didn’t get them until later on in the pregnancy. I am wondering if the medication has something to do with it. I had some headaches starting not long after the fet.
