Hi.
I’m currently only 4 days after embryo transfer.
I took a pregnancy test this morning, and I think I can see a very very faint line.
what do you guys think? It’s obviously very early days still. ☺️

it sounds like yours is so similar to mine.
I had a teeny tiny bleed again the other day, but mainly brown stuff, the clinic said this is normal when you have a subchorionic hematoma, it can bleed from time to time. I find it only happens if I’m too active in a day, so I’ve been trying to rest a fair bit, boring as hell, but worth not bleeding!
I know how you feel, it’s nice to get some peace of mind by having a scan! I’ve got mine on Tuesday, and I’m really hoping things are progressing as it should!

yeah, I’m still feeling seriously tired, all the time, my boobs are still big and sore, occasional light nausea.
how about you? Any symptoms yet? 🥰

@HighflyingUnicorn thank for your positive message ! i don’t know if I’m imagining symptoms but I have a little sore boobs and very slight nausea sometimes , food doesn’t interest me anymore .
I have had no spotting so far since few days ago , so that’s good , but I can’t help but think that if it was misscarrige , the progesterone shots are keeping the bleeding away and I’ll only find out it’s a misscarrige at the scan ?! Very scary . If it was natural pregnancy then it would be different as you wouldn’t be taking extra progesterone and misscarrige would happen when it happens , but with ivf , we are on so much progesterone that I don’t know what’s really happening inside . To be honest I’m very scared to even have a scan to know the truth . I can’t face booking one now , iv chickened out . I hope you doing well and you have no more spotting ! Xx

@HighflyingUnicorn oh and I’m so frigging tired after 8-9 pm which I never used to be ! Just can’t keep eyes open anymore , not ike me at all x

I had my scan today! Everything looks normal! We could see the sac, the yolk sac, the fetus and a heartbeat! ❤️❤️ we’re so incredibly happy right now!
still got that haemorrhage, so they wouldn’t be surprised if I bleed again.

Did you book in for a scan or are you waiting for your 7 week scan?

yes I had 2 more bleeds that lasted for 5 minutes each , few days apart !
I had a private scan today and all was well according to sonographer .
I had abdominal scan and was measuring 6+5 but I should be 7 weeks today . I guess the quality is not the best this early and it’s probably harder to measure in millimetres when it’s not vaginal scan as it’s still so small in size . I saw a Strong heartbeat and all looked as it should . My next scan is with ivf clinic on Tuesday at 7+5 weeks so I am hopeful for good news . Hope you are well and no more bleeding for you ! X x

mine’s been cancelled, my next one will be my 12 week scan! 🤞

I think it’s really difficult to get precise measurements this early. We’re talking millimetres, the precision of the person doing it and the equipment plays a big role in it too.
and everyone is different too, they’re not all gonna grow at the same rate 🥰

oh why did they cancel your scan ? Do you think you’ll have a private one before 12 weeks or are you really waiting till 12 weeks ? Shouldn’t ivf clinic discharge you from the clinic yet ? I think mine will today if all is well ? Are you staying with the clinic until 12 weeks now that the scan was cancelled ? You have a lot of will power 😄
I haven’t had any more bleeds since I last had it , have you had any more ? Hopefully today I’ll also find out if I have subchronic blood clot , to see why I bled before . Wish me luck lovely :) , I’m glad you’re feeling well and all is okay with you !

@Ilovebees Well, they discharged me before actually, because I had a scan at 5 and 6 weeks instead.
I had the option of staying with the fertility clinic or go to the early pregnancy unit, so I chose the latter. They were very happy with what they saw, I’ve still got that subchorionic hematoma, but they said that they’re happy for me to carry on as normal and come back for a 12 week scan. I even got a little ultrasound picture 🥰
to be honest, it’s actually a relief that they don’t want to keep seeing me, I feel a lot less stressed about it. No bleeding for me 🤞☺️

aww how exciting for you today! Yes please, let me know how it goes! I don’t think you’ve got anything to worry about! You’ve got a heartbeat, that in itself is a great thing! Good luck, not that you need it! ☺️

@HighflyingUnicorn Thank you so much ! My scan went perfect , measuring 7+4 days :) just one day behind which is normal xxx didn’t have sub-chronic blood sac , xx I’m so happy now !

I think I’m obsessed I already want to book one for 9 weeks as I am anxious not knowing each week if embryo is still alive or not x I think after week 12 I would really relax then , it’s just the early weeks I’m anxious about x I felt exhausted today fell asleep mid afternoon for few hours , my god 😆😱

@Ilovebees haha no. I’m gonna wait till 12 weeks unless my symptoms stop. I’m nauseous as hell, with sore boobs, mega tired and food aversions and cravings. I’m pretty sure it’s progressing as it should. And we had a heartbeat at the 6+3 scan. Im just pleased they don’t feel the need to scan me all the time.
but I know what you mean, it’s so difficult to get your mind off it, if I had an ultrasound at home I’d scan myself every day 😂

@HighflyingUnicorn wow your will power is so strong , I don’t know how you managing to do that , I feel like I want a scan every 2 weeks haha 😁 but I know why ,its because I have had several early pregnancy losses at 5-6 weeks , and I cannot relax or let myself belive that this time it might be okay :( and yes sure you can private message me your number and I’ll add you , or do you have WhatsApp ?
