I’m sorry for your loss. I had a late miscarried, ann early miscarriage and a neonatal loss, both were after your age. I started trying again immediately afterwards and was quickly successful each time (including the most recent where I delivered by c section rather than surgical management). I hope all goes well for you.

So sorry to hear of you're heartbreak this feels hard enough i cant imagine i hope our hearts heal. Have you been successful again since and do you mind me asking you're age?

Hi, so sorry for your loss. I had surgery for a missed miscarriage in March and am currently almost up to 12 weeks pregnant and saw a healthy baby at a 9 week scan. Not quite at the 12 week scan yet but I'm hopeful. Sending love x

I had two losses last year after 2 babies and I'm now 24 weeks pregnant - I'm 39 next year.

I'm sorry for your loss. I miscarried my first pregnancy at 9 weeks last September aged 37 - I had surgical management and waited a cycle to start trying again to give myself some head space to readjust and to allow my hormones to regulate back to something like normal. I conceived again on the third cycle and my rainbow baby arrived 9 days ago - so it can and does happen, and there's no reason to suppose it won't for you. But be gentle with yourself and give yourself whatever time you feel you need to grieve your loss and start healing. ❤️

I’m so sorry for your loss OP. I’m in the same situation as a PP - I had a MMC in May found at 12 week scan, baby died at 8 weeks after a healthy private scan a few days earlier. Went with medical management. First proper period in July and tried and fell pregnant again that cycle. I’m 12 weeks pregnant today and have a scan next week. I’m 36 and the midwife recently said I’m still a young mum by their Trust’s standards! Try not to focus on the age aspect. In terms of risk factors it’s actually not a massive one I don’t think. Good luck and look after yourself!

So sorry for your loss OP. I miscarried my first pregnancy when I was 36, then conceived on the 2nd cycle after this with DS1. I then went on to have two further miscarriages at 39 and I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant with DS2 at 40. Strangely all 5 of my pregnancies have been conceived on the second cycle of trying. MC risk does increase slightly with age, but there's hopefully no reason why you shouldn't go on to have a healthy pregnancy in the future. Many of my friends have had healthy babies over 35 (and sadly most have had at least one miscarriage too). Wish you all the best with your journey x
