Trying to conceive with irregular periods

Hi, was wondering if anyone has any advice from experience or even any happy endings.
i have irregular periods ranging from 40-100 days, trying to conceive but doesnt seem to be working out
wondering if anyone could relate

i have been using Premom but need to start doing ovulation sticks more now x
