It's hard to help without knowing what specific factor(s) make you think your baby will come early. Have you had a previous pre term birth? Do you have a short cervix? Relevant pre-existing medical condition?

If nothing like that, and you just mean that you feel that the pregnancy is 'jinxed', then I suggest just acting normally. Don't have stupidly hot baths, go out of your way to snog people with covid, or complete an ultra marathon whilst chugging two litres of bootleg rum. Most women will not have pre term births, so you are more likely to be one of them.

@JerryCanDo im not sure. But it’s none of the things you said so that’s good lol

i think the intensity of the pelvic pains, hips, back etc is contributing to anxiety!
Very active baby too.
im also running around a toddler

Oh that all sounds totally normal. I really wouldn't worry.

There's not much you can do to prevent pre-term labour except fairly drastic measures which won't be applicable for you as it doesn't sound like you're actually at any risk of pre-term labour?

Do you actually have risk factors or have been told it's likely? You can't worry based on a feeling. You're at least at a point where baby would like be fine if they did arrive early. Having an active baby and having aches doesn't indicate early arrival - try some yoga and magnesium for the aches!

Thanks, seems like I’m worrying over nothing 😅
