Swollen feet and ankles on holiday

Hi we are abroad at the moment I'm 25 weeks pregnant and my ankles and feet have swollen a little. Not too much they just look a bit puffy and feel a bit tight, is this normal or should I be getting them checked?
For reference I do normally swell a bit on holiday even when not pregnant.
Thank you 😊

Minor swelling is normal in pregnancy, so is swelling in the heat and after travelling so combine those together and it's very unlikely to be anything to worry about.

I live overseas in the heat and just have to make sure I'm always well hydrated!

This happened to me. Unless it is excessive, keep off your feet and keep hydrated.

Thank you both! I did think this was the case 😊

As well as putting your feet up whenever you can, soak your feet in cool water or use cold flannels to keep them cool and ease swelling. Unfortunately it's just an occupational hazard of pregnancy - I'm 37 weeks and my feet haven't been normal sized for weeks now, I can't fit in a lot of my shoes!

Swimming or even just wading around with water at waist height especially in cooler water is great for bringing that down.
