Post MMC - Could I be pregnant? Implantation bleeding?

I posted back in July as I had a MMC at 10 weeks, with baby measuring 6 weeks. In July 2023 I had a TFMR and December 2023 a chemical pregnancy.

I have had one heavy period since the MMC. I'm now day 29 of my cycle and 12 DPO (according to Clue app). We have been TTC and taking supplements.

I had some clear discharge with brown blood on 8 and 9 DPO, the blood was stringy. (Sorry if TMI!) I have had no blood since but I have had white discharge. I've been feeling exhausted and was incredibly nauseous all of yesterday. I feel tired and slightly nauseous today. I've never had implantation bleeding, or blood between periods. I didn't feel nauseous when I had my chemical pregnancy.

I did a Waitrose pregnancy test today which was negative but my period isn't due until Monday (14 DPO). I've also heard the Waitrose tests are a bit rubbish, so I've ordered a first response to take on 14 DPO.

Have you had a pregnancy quickly after a MMC?
Does this sound likely with the random bleeding.

I try not to fret about TTC but I am fretting anyway 😂, so I'd love to hear some of your experiences.

Try a test in a few days, symptoms sound promising but can’t rely on that x

2 weeks after my miscarriage I had some brown spotting and egg white discharge. Two weeks after this my period started so I think this was ovulation

Thank you. I have had a period since my last miscarriage which was quite heavy, and the blood/discharge was 3 weeks after my last period !
