Anxiety and stress

I just found out yesterday that I’m pregnant but my stress and anxiety is at an all time high and I’m worried. Is there anything I can to do to help? I’m just worried about the baby.

Breathing techniques don’t work nor does meditation. I can’t take any medication to help but it’s so severe, I need to do something 😩

Is the baby going to be ok? Did any of you go through severe anxiety and stress and was your baby was ok? I've got a 22 month old and I never felt like this but I did have a miscarriage before so maybe that's why I'm so anxious

I'm sure there are medications you can take in pregnancy? I know friends who have. Maybe speak to your GP? With the stress, is it due to external stressors, and can you remove/reduce them? I was so anxious throughout first trimester due to previous miscarriage, and I'm 36 weeks now. I really don't see how the baby can be affected by it. I tried to concentrate on each day at a time, get outside for a walk in the sun where possible, do yoga, reduce caffeine.
