Sharp loss of symptoms

Hello,
I had a scan on Friday, just over 9 weeks and everything looking good. Been suffering really bad with symptoms over the last 3-4 ish weeks.
Saturday morning I woke up to some maybe 4 stabbing pains on my left side, and all my symptoms have gone instantly.
I have had 2 MMC before so I'm not feeling too positive as loss of symptoms was the give away last time. Just wondering if anyone has positive stories! Thank you x

I also had an mmc last year, loss of symptoms at 10 weeks thought nothing of it til 12 weeks scan when we found out baby actually stopped growing at 6 weeks. Then 3 months later conceived again, again loss of symptoms at 10 weeks but all was fine and we had her in April. Good luck 🤞
