Terrified for IVF Viability Scan 6 Weeks Pregnant

Hey all…..just looking for someone to help me rationalise as I’m so nervous/anxious for my viability scan next week.
I’ll be 7 weeks following 5 day FET. Have had a positive test and dye stealers on the first response. Nausea, back ache and sore boobs come and go. I’ve had period type cramps lots of lightning type twinges in uterus area, also lightheaded at times if stand too quickly. Whilst I know these sound and can be a positive, I’m so worried then scan will show the pregnancy hasn’t progressed or
a blighted ovum 😢 I think I’m worrying a lot as I lost my ivf baby boy at 23 weeks due
to premature rupture of my waters…I’m convinced this pregnancy is going wrong

Im an ivf mum too - honestly the lead up to the scans is awful- I think I was counting down the hours at one point ! I wish there was a magic spell to take away the anxiety - I just had to acknowledge it and allow myself the space to be with the uncertainty.
