I'm also 8 weeks and also looking for tips! Had a car journey yesterday and had to stop twice to be sick on the side of the road, it's awful!

All I've been doing so far is trying to keep hydrated as much as possible. Having a cracker or something as soon as I wake up so I don't have an empty stomach for long. Eating plain food little and often rather than big, oily or rich meals. I've also bought some ginger tea but haven't been able to face that yet

I've just reached twelve weeks and this time has been awful for me. You have my sympathies. It's like the worst hangover in the world.

Eating little and often and keep hydrated was the only thing that kept me say. I felt like I was grazing constantly but I went from zero to vomiting bile because I was so hungry in the space of ten minutes.

You have my sympathies. I was so sick and nauseous in both my pg that I was hospitalised for 8 weeks both times. It's a grim old time. I hope it passes for you soon.

There are medications that can help, but the main thing to be aware of is dehydration. At one point I could only stay hydrated by melting ice cubes in my mouth.

If you work, please know that legally your employer must record pregnancy relate sick leave seperately to other sick leave and can not use it in disciplinary action against you.
