I'm looking for some hope here as I was diagnosed with GD in my first pregnancy (tested as I have PCOS) and really struggled with it as I already have a limited diet due to ARFID. I did manage it with diet alone but it was a miserable experience with very limited and repetitive food for the 3rd trimester.
Because I've already had it once, they are testing me at 16 weeks in this pregnancy 😭. I also have a higher chance of having it because I've already had it.
Has anyone ever had it in one pregnancy and not had it in the next?

I had it in my 1st pregnancy but not in my 2nd. I also controlled it with diet in the 1st pregnancy

Amazing! Honestly I have been resigning myself to definitely having it - my midwife made it seem like a given 😭
