So confused, am I pregnant or not?

Me and my partner are trying to conceive, we had sex in my fertile window. And was saddened to get my period a week early, my period was light and went on for 10 days which for me is not normal. I’ve today taken a pregnancy’s test as I wasn’t feeling right, and it’s a strong positive. My question is, am I pregnant? Or experiencing a miscarriage, I have had no more bleeding for about 3 days. So I’m really now confused .

They aren't going to that unless concerned it's ectopic, its expensive and no medical indication to do so when can just repeat a urine test in a week

Goodluck

I’ve had multiple pregnancy’s & sadly suffered losses and always pay for hcg blood tests to keep me reassured; I pay £70. Pregnancy tests can stay positive for ages after a miscarriage. they’re not reliable or to be used in that way, so not sure really what you’re talking about.

I'm saying the gp/nhs won't pay for repeat hcg blood tests for peace of mind when a urine test 1 week later would be adequate (which supports what you're saying about private testing), sorry for your losses
