I am currently 6 weeks pregnant, 34yo with a herniated disc, foraminal stenosis and an annular tear - I feel like this pregnancy will be a tough one - it’s baby no 3 for us and the first two were in my 20s, very straight forward, no health issues etc.. has anyone been through this and decided on an elective C section or found doing anything improved symptoms?
How was your back as you went further along into the pregnancy?
Is anyone else around the 6 week mark? What are your symptoms? I’m feeling sick, tired, bloated and nauseous so far.

I feel for you. I've had a herniated disc but can't imagine being pregnant with one. Maybe good idea to elect for a section. But of course speak with your midwife first. Even then follow ur instincts. Last thing you need is to be bed bound. Good luck and congratulations 🎊 🩵🩷
