Only sore nipples so what is going to happen next ?

I am 5 weeks and 1 day. My nipples started to get sensitive three days ago so what is going to happen next ?
I had two early losses and have never got past 6 weeks and 1 day.

Hey! I’m 9+2 and the only symptoms I’m experiencing are sore nipples on and off, tiredness and weeing during the night! Also had two early pregnancy losses and thought I should be feeling more by now but lots of people have been reassuring that every pregnancy is different x
