5 weeks stomach cramps freaking out

I'm probably just super anxious as it took ages to get pregnant. Really worried about miscarriage.

I only tested yesterday when my period was a week late because I was so sure I was about to come on for a whole week. Bit tmi but I've been super bloated, lower stomach cramps and either on off constipated or v upset stomach all week, also stabbing pains in cervix like period about to start.

I didn't have this with my last successful pregnancy at all. I had a miscarriage before that with lots of cramps but they felt different and more in my pelvis and much more painful. I also do feel sick all the time like I did in my last pregnancy.

Has anyone had this and it was OK?

Cramps like period pains and bloating are completely normal in early pregnancy x

I had cramps very similar to period pains during early pregnancy, also had weird sharp pains. I’m currently 13 weeks pregnant and it’s all eased off now 😁

I was also extremely bloated & still am!

All sounds exactly like I had throughout first trimester.
