Brown discharge and cramps

Hi, I'm 4 weeks pregnant (12dpo) got my first faint bfp at 9dpo ( felt implantation 8dpo) I've just started with cramps and lower back pain and brown discharge 😫

I've had 4 successful pregnancies none of which I spotted with. And one mmc that started with brown discharge.

My tests look like my hcg is rising...but slowly, previously has blazing dark tests at this stage.

I know nobody can tell me for sure but is it likely I'm about to miscarry? Any experiences good and bad welcome.

Thank you 😓

Don't panic yet as you may know when you ovulated but it could still be a few days out so earlier than you thought.
Have they advised you to come back in a week for another scan?

They've said 2 weeks....I think I'm going to still keep my private scan on Friday to see if anything has changed 😕 x

Yes do that. It is still early days and hopefully things will be visible on Friday. Hand hold here if and when you need it x

Don’t loose hope. I’ve been in your position on 3 occasions. First one empty sac no pole sac kept growing till 12 weeks when my body finally gave in. Last pregnancy no pole just sac a week later heart beat. This time sac no pole, week later sac and pole week later baby looked huge for dates sprouted from no where

Crossing my fingers for you. I've also had pretty regular cramping (I'm 5 weeks 3 days) and one day when there was a small bit of spotting just on wiping a couple of days ago). But I've read lots of things saying both spotting and cramps can be normal in early pregnancy, and even watched a first trimester vlog of a lady who had regular spotting and went on to have a healthy baby, so I'm staying positive for us both!

Update:

Went for my private scan last night and saw my little baby bean with a super strong heart beat ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Amazing yay! How exciting!

That's amazing @Anonaust I told you not to panic and it might be fine.
Though you are not out of the woods yet, the heartbeat massively reduces the chance of miscarriage.
So pleased for you.

How are you doing @Anonaust?
I reckon you must be about 8 weeks now.
Really hope all is well.
