Cervical tear impact on future pregnancy

Hi all, wondering if anyone can help. I had my daughter in January 2021 and lost 4 litres of blood, had a cervical tear and a second degree perineal tear.

I am currently 10 weeks pregnant with baby number 2 and as I’m at a different hospital they don’t have my notes and don’t seem at all concerned about the implications of what happened last time. I had to tell the midwife I needed to see the pre term birth clinic at 16 weeks as she didn’t know anything about my last labour other than what I told her.

For the past three weeks I have been having yellow discharge and brown mucus blood. Had a scan at EPU and they said couldn’t see a cause for it. I’m now panicking that it’s a problem with my cervix and another 6 weeks is too long to wait to get checked.

Anyone have any suggestions on what I could do please?

I have attached my post birth summary from last time.

Thanks so much x

I had a cervical tear which was repaired under GA in theatre and also a second degree perineal tear. 3.5l PPH, two blood transfusions. I’m expecting my second child and currently 24 weeks pregnant so can’t say anything about delivery but have had cervical length checks at 12, 16, 18 and 20 week scans which were all found to be normal. I have been told that the cervical scarring may result in failure to progress in labour and a c section but haven’t discussed with the consultant yet
